StarTube wins IMTEK Best Poster Award 2008

We congratulate our collegues from the Lab for MEMS Applications: Tobias Metz, Wolfgang Streule, Roland Zengerle and Peter Koltay for winning the best poster award at the annual IMTEK poster session 2008!

The poster "StarTube: A novel tubing geomtery for bubble tolerant interconnection in fluidic systems" was elected out of 140 submissions as best poster in the category “development”.
The independent jury was set up by two pioneers in MEMS technology and godfathers of the IMTEK:
Prof. Dr. h.c. Hendry Baltes and Prof. Dr. Wolfgang Menz

The award is annually funded by the Forum Angewandte Mikrosystemtechnik
(http://www.imtek.de/fam/index.html) and MST-BW.
